The headquarters, in a campus-style, are functionally combined with educational institutions and make them interlinked spatially with each other.
The climatic conditions in Beijing are considered within the urban design in terms of road management, positioning, building design and size of the open spaces. The criteria of sustainable urban planning have been introduced into all the individual phases at the beginning.
All kinds of old city structures in Beijing would be analyzed and integrated into the concept in a new way, as to build a green city composition that is surrounded by the landscape.
