The architectural office SBA design in Stuttgart gives the lecture " Energy Efficiency Controller (EEC) – Hongqiao Low Carbon Business Area " at the forum, the new exhibition event "Metropolitan Solutions", at the Hannover Messe 2011.

What makes a mega-city a sustainable city? Is it possible to give a prospect of the energy consumption and the CO2 emissions? What forecasts can be made?
